Ravindra Ramakrishna, M.D.

Dr. Ravindra Ramakrishna is a highly experienced, triple board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine at Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida (PPSF). A graduate of Mysore Medical College in India, he completed his internship at Cornell University/St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. Dr. Ramakrishna then advanced his clinical training with prestigious, intensive fellowships in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh and Pulmonary Disease at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida.

Over his 15-year career, Dr. Ramakrishna has developed profound expertise in managing debilitating conditions such as sleep apnea, COPD, and asthma. He is a recognized expert in advanced interventional pulmonology, possessing specialized skills in Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS), Navigational/Superdimension bronchoscopy, Bronchial Thermoplasty, and Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET). Affiliated with Mercy Hospital Miami and a standing member of the Florida Medical Association, Dr. Ramakrishna ensures his patients have immediate access to the latest diagnostic and therapeutic technologies available.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Kannada, Dr. Ramakrishna provides inclusive, compassionate care to South Florida’s diverse patient demographic.
