Dr. Jorge M. Ortega is a seasoned and highly respected pulmonologist at Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida (PPSF), boasting over 36 years of dedicated practice in pulmonary and sleep medicine. A graduate of Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago in the Dominican Republic, Dr. Ortega completed his internship at Saginaw Cooperative Hospitals (Michigan State University) and his fellowship at Bay Pines VA (University of South Florida). He is double board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases, providing an elite standard of respiratory care.
