Eduardo Andre, M.D.

Dr. Eduardo André is a highly distinguished, board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease at Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida, LLC (PPSF). With 25 years of dedicated medical practice, Dr. André brings advanced expertise to South Florida’s premier board-certified pulmonary group, founded in 2003. He completed his medical degree at the Instituto Superior de Ciencias Médicas de La Habana before undergoing internal medicine residency and fellowship training in pulmonary disease at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York.

Dr. André’s clinical focus encompasses a comprehensive range of chest and sleep conditions, including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), severe asthma, hypoxemia, solitary pulmonary nodules, and chronic cough. Skilled in state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, he performs diagnostic bronchoscopies, Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), 6-minute walk tests, and lung cancer screenings. In addition, Dr. André works alongside PPSF’s American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) accredited Sleep Disorder Diagnostic Centers to evaluate Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and manage personalized remote CPAP monitoring programs. He holds active medical staff privileges across Memorial Healthcare System facilities—including Memorial Hospital Miramar, Memorial Hospital Pembroke, and Memorial Hospital West—as well as major Miami-Dade healthcare networks.
