Scott Lieberman, M.D.

Dr. Scott Lieberman is an experienced, board-certified specialist in Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine at Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida (PPSF). With more than two decades of dedicated medical practice, Dr. Lieberman brings extensive clinical expertise in managing complex respiratory conditions and sleep-disordered breathing to patients across Broward and Miami-Dade counties. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio before completing specialized residency and fellowship training in pulmonary disease.

Dr. Lieberman’s comprehensive clinical practice centers on diagnosing and treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), asthma, occupational lung diseases, pulmonary fibrosis, and chronic cough. He routinely performs and interprets state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures, including Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), 6-minute walk exercise tests, and diagnostic bronchoscopies. As part of PPSF’s AASM-accredited Sleep Disorder Diagnostic Centers, Dr. Lieberman provides thorough sleep study evaluations for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and oversees personalized remote CPAP monitoring regimens. He maintains hospital staff privileges across leading regional health systems.
