Dr. Hugo F. Gonzalez is a highly regarded physician at Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida (PPSF), bringing comprehensive clinical training in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine. Serving the diverse population of South Florida, Dr. Gonzalez is dedicated to treating complex disorders of the lungs and sleep, including Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), persistent dry cough, asthma, COPD, and pulmonary fibrosis.

As an integral physician within PPSF’s American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) accredited Sleep Disorder Diagnostic Centers, Dr. Gonzalez combines advanced diagnostic sleep evaluations with customized therapeutic plans, such as CPAP management and home sleep testing. In addition to his sleep practice, he delivers expert critical care management and performs diagnostic procedures including bronchoscopy and pulmonary function testing across Miami-Dade and surrounding county hospitals.
