Jeremy Tabak, M.D.
Dr. Jeremy Tabak is a distinguished, board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Sleep Medicine at Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida (PPSF). Bringing extensive clinical expertise to the region’s largest board-certified pulmonary group, Dr. Tabak earned his medical degree before completing rigorous residency and fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine. As a key physician within PPSF—founded in 2003—he delivers top-tier care for complex respiratory conditions and sleep disorders to the diverse communities of South Florida.
Dr. Tabak’s clinical focus includes Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), severe asthma, interstitial lung disease, and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). He is highly adept in performing diagnostic bronchoscopy, interpreting Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), and evaluating 6-minute walk exercise tests. Dr. Tabak utilizes the state-of-the-art diagnostic resources at PPSF’s AASM-accredited Sleep Disorder Diagnostic Centers to design targeted treatment and remote CPAP monitoring plans. He maintains active hospital affiliations across major Miami-Dade healthcare systems and holds professional memberships in the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Thoracic Society.
