Fabriccio Letellier, M.D.

Dr. Fabriccio Letellier is an accomplished, board-certified physician in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine at Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida (PPSF). He completed his comprehensive medical education, residency, and specialized fellowship training at leading academic medical centers. Joining PPSF—South Florida’s premier board-certified pulmonary and sleep practice—Dr. Letellier brings advanced clinical skills and a passion for managing both acute hospital critical care cases and chronic outpatient lung conditions.

Specialized in treating a broad spectrum of chest and respiratory disorders, Dr. Letellier focuses on COPD, asthma, pulmonary nodules, pulmonary fibrosis, and chronic cough. He is exceptionally skilled in interventional and diagnostic procedures, including diagnostic bronchoscopy, lung cancer screening protocols, and advanced Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT). Working within PPSF’s American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) accredited Sleep Centers, he also diagnoses and manages Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) using in-lab and home sleep testing combined with remote CPAP monitoring. Dr. Letellier holds medical staff privileges at leading hospital facilities across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Letellier takes a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach to patient care, prioritizing open dialogue and individual well-being. He works closely with referring physicians and hospital care teams to ensure coordinated, continuous treatment. In his personal time, Dr. Letellier stays active through outdoor sports and exploring South Florida’s coastal scenery.
