Monica Ramirez, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of clinical expertise at Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida. A graduate of the University of Miami, she is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and specializes in comprehensive pulmonary and critical care medicine. Monica’s clinical focus includes COPD, asthma, sleep disorders, pulmonary fibrosis, and evidence-based management of chronic respiratory conditions. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is affiliated with Baptist Hospital, South Miami Hospital, and West Kendall Baptist Hospital. A member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Monica combines compassionate listening with innovative respiratory therapies to help patients breathe easier and enjoy improved quality of life.
